Medium Chain Triglyceride (MCT) Oil is highly purified water soluble coconut oil. By injesting under the tongue, the CBD oil is administered directly into the bloodstream and past the blood brain barrier to deliver a quick calming affect for evening use, or a boost of cognition and a returning to centre for day use.

Imbibing Instructions
It is best to begin your journey with CBD in the evenings. Our full spectrum sublingual oil can be placed under the tongue and held for a minute or more for optimal absorbtion. Try sitting down and taking a moment to breathe deeply and close your eyes, and welcome the medicine into your system with the intention of calming, relaxing, and unwinding.
Start with 1/4 to 1/2 a dropper full, and increase dosage up to 1 dropper full for general wellness. In cases of more intense pain management and chronic illnesses, one may work up to 2 dropper fulls.
Too little cbd, and you may not feel anything as the effects will be subtly healing. Whereas taking too much will induce drowsiness. It's ideal to start small and become acquainted with the cbd and its interactions with your system, and slowly increase until you find a happy dose. Everyone is different.
